Product Information

  1. How do I use the liquid chalk?
    We recommend using Chemical X as a base layer before chalking up as per normal. This quick-dry formula dries within 10-15 seconds - simply squeeze a pea-sized amount and spread evenly before climbing.

  2. How do I take care of my liquid chalk?
    Care instructions are detailed at the back of each tube. In general, to prevent the excess chalk build up on the nozzle we recommend following the instructions for the best experience:
    i. Shake well before use and tap cap against your palm to compact the liquid to the nozzle to prevent unwanted splashes from air bubbles in the tube.
    ii. To prevent nozzle blockage, tap the end of the tube, to compact liquid away from the nozzle cap before closing firmly. This prevents the splashes that come from closing when the nozzle is filled as liquid chalk is rather viscous.

  3. What's the expiry date of liquid chalk?
    Liquid chalk does not expire. However, it does tend to dry up over very prolonged usage but if you follow our steps to care for your chalk, a well maintained tube can last for months with no issue!

 

Shipping

  1. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
    Orders are processed weekly on Sundays, and will be mailed within 3 working days. Actual delivery takes 2-3 working days. Chemical X charges a flat fee for all orders. 

  2. How do I change my delivery address?
    If you have placed an order and would like to amend the mailing address, please send the new address to [email protected] or message us on our IG. Cut off date for amendment will be 2 days (Friday) before the weekly consolidation day on Sunday. Please note that it will not be possible to amend addresses for items that have been dispatched or past the cut off date.

  3. Where's my package?
    You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website. If you have any problems with tracking or need any other assistance, please contact [email protected]

  4. How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are processed weekly on Sundays, and will be mailed within 3 working days.

  5. What if there’s an incorrect item or item missing from my order?
    If you’ve received an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and missing item.

  6. Do you ship internationally?
    As a small start-up, Chemical X currently only ships domestically. If you are looking to ship internationally, we're happy to chat at [email protected], note charges for international shipping will apply.
